How do I place an order?
We sell our wallpaper and fabric primarily to the trade. Our candles and frameable wallpaper panels are sold to retail customers as well. If you are an interior designer, you can set up an account with House of Harris directly by emailing your resale certificate and tax ID number to info@houseofharris.com. Once your account is set up, placing an order is as easy as emailing your PO directly to us! Be sure to include the total yardage or panel height and number of panels, as well as product information and colorway with your order. We will also need the ship-to address to process your order.
We also have showrooms throughout the country where you can view our fabric and wallpaper as well as place your order.
Do you sell to retail customers?

I don’t see a fabric or wallpaper on your website anymore. Can I still order it?
Yes! We are able to special order any of our retired wallpaper, fabric or colorways. Email info@houseofharris.com to place your order.
How can I place a custom order?
We are able to customize our wallpaper and fabric by size, color and more! To discuss your custom project needs and receive a quote, email info@houseofharris.com.
Please note that there is a custom color fee as well as a fee for the design hours associated with custom projects. You will receive a strike-off for your approval, which generally adds 6-8 weeks to the ordering process.
Can I get a CFA for the fabric I’d like to order?
CFAs are generally offered by companies who carry inventory of the fabrics they sell. The CFA is requested, cut from an existing bolt and sent to the client for approval. A hold will be placed for the specified number of yards needed on the bolt the CFA came from, and once the CFA is approved, the reserved yardage is cut and shipped out to the client. Because we print to order instead of carrying inventory, we cannot offer a CFA service.
We can, however, offer a strike-off of the printed SKU in lieu of a CFA. A bolt is identified that is large enough to accommodate both the strike-off and the yardage order. When the strike-off is ordered, we put a hold on that bolt for the number of yards in the order. Once the strike-off is approved, the yardage order is placed and shipped within our standard lead time.
How do I check stock for available wallpaper or fabric?
All of our wallpaper and fabric are custom made to order. Lead time for wallpaper is 6-8 weeks, and lead time for fabric is 2-4 weeks. We are able to offer rush production (2-week lead time plus shipping time) for wallpaper for a $350 fee. We are also able to offer rush production for fabric for a fee of 25% order cost.
How do I know what size panels to order?
Our Hillside, Fauna, Flora, and Bamboo Garden mural wallpaper is sold by the panel. Our panels come in standard heights of 6-ft, 7-ft, 8-ft, 9-ft, 10-ft, 11-ft, and 12-ft. We suggest having your wallpaper installer recommend panel height after measuring your space. Please note that due to the mural design, these panels scale in width based on height. This means that different heights will have different widths. You can access the scale charts here. We also recommend a minimum of 6” allowance when measuring for panel height; ideally sizing up to the next height so that there is a clearance to trim. For example, if you have 8-foot ceilings, we suggest ordering the 9-foot panels.
How do I know where the pattern/design will be laid out on my wallpaper panels?
Once you have the wallpaper panel height confirmed by your installer, you can find the design image scales here. These will show you how much space you have above and below the design in inches, as well as which aspects of the pattern are on panel A, panel B, panel C, etc.
Can you quote the number of panels I will need for my project? How do I know how much wallpaper I need to order?
For the benefit of our customers, your wallpaper installer should measure and quote the number of panels needed as well as the correct panel height. Please refer your installer to our scale chart. If you or your wallpaper installer has any questions, please reach out to info@houseofharris.com.
Can you recommend an installer in my city?
We do not keep a list of wallpaper installers; but if you are located near one of our showroom partners, we recommend reaching out to them for suggestions!
What will freight costs be for my order?

Can I get a wallpaper or fabric memo?
Yes! You can visit our website to order any of our wallpaper or fabric memos. These will be shipped in 7-10 business days via USPS without tracking information. If you need your order sooner, you can select the rush option for shipping with tracking.

How do I become a showroom partner?

How should I frame my House of Harris frameable panels?
We recommend having your panels mounted and framed by a professional framing specialist. Our panels are designed to be cut to your specified height, making them perfect for custom framing or ready-made frames. We recommend rolling the panels out fully before determining the finished height. There is additional sky at the top of the panels to trim as needed.
Since the panels are wallpaper, you do not need to use glass when framing. We recommended a faux bamboo, brass or soft silver frame. Be sure to check out our Instagram for inspiration!
